1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Physical Products: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You must return the product within 20 days of the purchase date.
  • Digital Products: We generally do not offer refunds for digital products unless they are defective or do not match the description provided. If a digital product is defective or there is a technical issue, please contact us for assistance within 10 days of the purchase date.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once we confirm your eligibility, we will provide a return authorization and instructions for returning the product.
  3. Return the Product: Ship the product to our address, including the return authorization, using a traceable shipping method.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or an incorrect item was shipped by us.

4. Processing Returns and Refunds

  • Refund Approval (3-7 business days): If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-7 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your account, as bank processing times vary.
  • Refund Rejection (within 2 business days of inspection): If the return is not approved, we will notify you within 2 business days of the inspection and return the product to you at your expense.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

6. Exchanges
